A private combination program for parents and children who want to learn how to, and/or help support their child in losing or maintaining their weight, change their unhealthy eating habits, build self-esteem and become more physically fit by improving their overall health through proper nutrition & exercise. One hour private sessions meet once a week and consist of: Age-appropriate nutrition education, personalized child, tween & teen meal planning, behavior modification, clinical nutrition & fitness evaluation and assessment, along with a customized fun functional fitness personal training workout for your child or adolescent.
Six, Eight & Twelve week sessions available. Hours arranged by appointment.

"EAT RIGHT & BE FIT"

AGES 8-17 yrs. (Parent & Child)
A private program for parents and children who have an active lifestyle and particpate in some form of daily or weekly exercise, but just want to learn what kind of nutrition their bodies need, how to adopt better health habits, eat healthier foods or treat an underlying health or medical condition (such as; high cholesterol, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, Iron deficiency anemia, etc..) that may require them to alter their current diet and eating habits to curtail, control or further reduce the risk of disease.
Six 45 minute private sessions meet once a week and consist of : Nutrition education, personalized kid-friendly meal planning & Behavior modification. Hours arranged by appointment.

"JUST 2B FIT"

AGES 8-17 yrs. (Parent & Child) A private child or adolescent personal training and physical fitness program. Designed for kids, tweens and teens who get the proper nutrition they need through their daily meal plan for continued growth and development,
but would like to strengthen muscle tone, increase lean body mass, sharpen hand-eye coordination skills, balance, movement, improve cardiovascular-respiratory endurance, strength and flexibility to be able participate in a variety of different sports and enhance upon their physical fitness abilities.
Forty-five minute sessions meet twice a week for Six, Eight or Twelve week sessions. Hours arranged by appointment.

A private program for parents who are concerned with their child's weight and or eating behaviors and would like to learn how to naturally help change or train their child's palate to prefer healthier foods while overcoming some "food-for-age" obstacles. Parents will have the opportunity to learn what their child's daily nutriiton & physical activity requirements are and how to manage "picky-fussy eater syndrome", " food jags, demands, manipulation, " meal timing, appetite changes, energy balance, choosing food groups, planning and preparing meals daily.
Six 45 minute weekly private sessions meet once a week.
