Summer Camp runs 3 days per week July 7th - August 27th, 2010.
SUMMER 2010:
Healthy Kids Summer Day Camp: Nutrition Education Workshops, Healthy Cooking Class, Nutrition & Food Science Lab, Youth Fitness Training & Outdoor park sports and nature activities.
Ages: 7-12 years - Monday, Wednesday & Fridays 9:00a - 2:00p.
"My Mom Doesn't Cook" Cooking Class: Healthy Nutrition Education & Cooking Class Series: Parents & childcare providers can learn how to prepare and cook easy, simple, healthy meals the whole family will eat!
Three Thursday Evenings in August: 5th, 12th & 19th. 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. $120.00pp for all three sessions. must pre-register.

MONDAYS:
12 week sessions run: 9/20 thru 12/13.
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions
4:30 - 6:00 p.m. ALL New "Nutri-Kick" Combo Nutrition & Exercise Tweens & Teens 9-13 years Nutrition Education Workshop & Tactile Defense Solutions Fillipino Mixed Martial Arts, Jeet Kune Do Concepts & Self-Defense Training Program (1.5 hours) 9/20 - 12/13 (12 weeks) No Class 11-08-10.
TUESDAYS:
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions
WEDNESDAYS:
12 week sessions run 9/22 thru 12/15. No Classes 11/24 day before Thanksgiving Holiday.
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions
4:00 - 5:30 p.m. - Early Childhood Little Sprouts Healthy food science preparation/Cooking lab (kids create their own healthy after-school snack and eat it too!) Nutrition Education activities, Story-time & Developmental & functional fitness training in our kids gym ages 5-8 years.
6:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Nutritionomics - Healthy Cooking, Kids meal planning, (students create their own heart-healthy dinner and eat it too!) weight management, Nutrition Education Food Science Lab & Functional Youth Fitness Training Program. Ages 8-12: 9/22 thru 12/15 (No class Wednesday 11-24th day before Thanksgiving)
7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - "Just 2B Fit" private personal youth fitness training Sessions ages 9-19 years.
THURSDAYS:
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions
FRIDAYS:
12 week session runs 9/24 thru 12/17. No Class 11/26th the day after Thanksgiving.
4:00 - 5:30 p.m. - ALL NEW "Nutri-Kick" Combo Nutrition Education Workshop & T.S.D. Fillipino Mixed Martial Arts, Jeet Kune Do Concepts Self-Defense training in our kids gym ages (1 hour of Martial Arts/Self-Defense) & 1/2 hour of Classroom Nutrition Education workshop.) Ages 5-8 years: 9/24 thru 12/17. (No class 11/26th the day after Thanksgiving.)
6:00 - 7:30 p.m. - "Nutri-Fit Tweens" Nutrition Education, weight management workshop & Functional Youth Fitness Training Workout. Ages 9-13 years. 9/24 thru 12/17: 12 weeks (No class 11/26th day after Thanksgiving)
7:30 - 8:30 p.m. - "Just 2B Fit" Private personal youth fitness training sessions ages 9-19.
ALTERNATE SATURDAYS:
6 week session runs every other Saturday starting 9/25 and alternating thru 12/18.
10:00 - 11:30 a.m. - Nutri-FitKids & Nutri- FitTweens Nutrition Science Education Workshop & Functional Fitness Training Ages 6-8 &/or 9-13. 6 week sessions on alternate saturdays 9/25 thru 12/18.
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. - Private Nutrition Consultations
SCHOOL HOLIDAY RECESS:
"HEALTHY KIDS CLUB" MINI-DAY CAMPS: 7-11 years: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (healthy cooking class, Nutrition Education workshops, Fitness Training, Healthy Snacks and Lunch included)
- Columbus Day, -Veteran's Day Christmas Break: 12/27, 28th, 29th & 30th, 2010.
