Spring Programs March - June 2010.

REGISTRATION HAS BEGUN FOR ALL OF OUR SPRING PROGRAMS!

 "Group" Programs are 8, 10 or 12 weeks & meet 1-2 times per week for 1.5 -2.0 hours depending on the type of program you enroll in. Private programs are arranged by appointment.

MONDAYS:

9:00am-1:00pm- Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions

5:15-6:45pm FitTweens & Teens 9-14 years Nutrition Education Workshop & Functional Fitness Training. 10 weeks April 12th-June 21st. (No classes Monday 5-31-10 Memorial Day)

7:00-8:00pm- Tween & Teen Boot Camp Fitness Training  10 Weeks April 12th - June 21st, 2010.

9:00am - 1:00pm- Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions

9:00am-1:00pm- Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions

7:00-8:30pm - Nutri-Kick Weight Loss/Management, Nutrition Education, Behavior Modification & Functional Youth Fitness Training Program Ages 9-15. April 21st - June 11th, 2010. 8 weeks. Meets 2x per week Wednesdays & Fridays for 1.5 hours

5:30-6:30pm "Just 2B Fit" private personal youth fitness training Sessions.

 THURSDAYS:

9:00am-1:00pm- Private Nutrition Consultations & Palate Training Sessions

FRIDAYS:

3:30-4:30pm - Early Childhood Nutrition Education Workshop, Developmental & Functional Fitness Training Program Ages 3-5. March 12th - June 4th, 2010. (12 weeks) No classes Memorial Day Weekend.

4:30-6:30pm- "Nutritionomics" Healthy Cooking, Food Science Lab, Nutrition Education & Youth Fitness Training Workout. Healthy well-balanced dinner included. 8 weeks April 9th - June 11th

7:00-8:30pm - "Nutri-Kick": Weight Loss/Management, Nutrition Education, Behavior Modification & Youth FitnessTraining. Ages 9-15. April 21st - June 11th, 2010. (8 weeks) Meets 2x per week on Wednesday & Fridays. No classes Good Friday & Memorial Day Weekend.

6:00-7:00pm- "Just 2B Fit" Private personal youth fitness training sessions ages 9-19.

ALTERNATE SATURDAYS:

10:00am-11:30am - FitKids & FitTweens Nutrition Education Workshop & Functional Fitness Training Ages 5-8 &/or 9-13. March 6th - June 19th, 2010. (8 weeks) No classes Memorial Day Weekend.

9:00-10:00am & 12:00-2:00pm- Private Nutrition Consultations

 SCHOOL HOLIDAY RECESS: "HEALTHY KIDS CLUB" MINI-DAY CAMPS: 7-11 years.

9:00am - 2:00pm (healthy cooking class, Nutrition Educcation workshops, Fitness Training,)

DATES: Spring Break: Thurs-April 1st, Fri-April 2nd & Mon-April 5th, 2010.
