Type: Personal fitness training for weight management and/or youth sports conditioning
Length: Monthly. Minimum of 4 week session enrollment. 55 minute sessions meet 1 or 2 times per week by appointment
1 Trainer to 1 - 2 students per training session

Description: This private, personal training and physical fitness program is perfect for adolescents who need encouragement to move more daily and adopt or continue healthy exercise habits. Participants learn how to build and tone muscles, increase lean body mass, and improve hand-eye coordination, balance, movement, cardiovascular-respiratory endurance, flexibility & agility. As a result of overall body conditioning and and increasing their physical fitness levels on a regular consistent basis, most of the Teens in this program have attested to benefiting from any or all of the following:

An increase in personal self-esteem & Confidence.

Ability to "Make the Team" & participate in peer group youth sports

Lose &/or maintain their weight by increasing their body's metabolism & ability to burn excess calories.

Increased overall body-tone and feeling more comfortable in their appearance and clothes

Increased concentration & energy levels in school

Decrease in mood swings
-
Drinking more water
-
Improve and maintain Blood pressure & Blood sugar/glucose levels (when checked & monitored by the registered dietitian their physician/pediatrician)

Decreased Stress and Anxiety levels associated with peer pressure, school, work & family living environments.

Develop better and more "restful" sleep patterns overtime

Decreases in preferences for junk food, sweets and in between meal snacking/grazing at times

Pay more attention to what they are eating and drinking and become more interested in learning about & improving these habits as well, if they haven't begun doing so, already.
