"Healthy & Fit Kids Klub" Ages 7-11 years:
Description: In One Potato Two Tomato's Healthy & Fit Kids Klub students enjoy learning how to make healthier food choices by understanding basic age-appropriate nutrition & food science principles in a classroom setting, exercise in our or your gym & fitness area, try & taste new foods, learn how to read food labels, determine their own nutrition needs and daily food portions at meal and snack times. Students in our Healthy & Fit Kids Klub can either lose or maintain their weight, learn and adopt healthy lifestyle eating habits and behaviors that they can use and last throughout their lifetime!

MEDICAL/HEALTH HISTORY CLEARANCE:
- All students must have recent vaccination records & health letter for current Healthy Kids Klub enrollment..
- Medical history, Emergency medical form, food allergies & all required HKK forms are to be filled out and due at time of registration.
- Pre-registration is required
